    do it! it's great for morale especially this time of the year.

    depending on where you live you might actually "need" to go, for example everyone in Canada is vitamin D deficient because of how far north we are... even if you spent 10hrs a day outside during the winter you'd still not have enough sunlight to produce all the vitamin D you need... and that also leads to cancer.

    Be careful not to over do it because that could also give you cancer eventually =) the Lancet had the report that recently classified UVA and UVB rays as a class A carciogenic, so it's to be avoided...

    In conclusion, you lose either way so just try not to look like an orange douchebag in the process.

    • scarabin: it depends entirely where you are. In Cali I have no doubt you just need 5 mins.zarkonite
