So, this would increase the amount of drink orders coming in to the bar. Normally the bartender regulates this himself, tending to customers and groups as he sees fit. So, for this to take off, the bars would have to employ staff to meet the rising demand of phone orders. I just don't see why they would hire more staff for the demands of phone customers instead of just addressing the already present crowds. Just my two cents on why this wouldn't really work.
