I'm back!!
well... sorta.
Haven't really ran this month. I'm about 7 lbs heavier than 2 months ago :o( Last night I did 5km. I plan on running 3-5 km daily for the next 10 days, just to have enough strength to complete the 10km which to me sounds like a huge challenge given my current physical condition. My plan is to beat my old best 10km time... which is 59 mins hahah! I'm gonna shoot for 55mins
