  i was once working at a design studio and there were 2 new designer jobs going, both good jobs, both well paid.
  A woman rang up and asked how she should apply, after some chattin my boss mentioned to her that we use windows machines.
  She seemed shocked by this and over the phone she said she doesn't want to work in a windows based design team. To which my boss replied saying that surely the computer you use is merely a tool to reach an outcome, particularly when the applications are identical. She refused to apply.

  That is a creative who will not get very far.
  About half the design agencies ive visited use windows OS.
