  ive been using photoshop for about 15-16 years maybe and i'm in no way an expert in it.
  an expert is someone who knows absolutely everything about a package, i've no way used EVERYTHING in photoshop or indeed in illustrator.

  Other than the "expert" unrealistic spec its a pretty good 'want list' for decent money for someone with good skills coming out of art college.

  Certainly a lot more realistic than US ads i've seen wanting PHP, XML, Flash Wizard, Designer, CSS, HTML, and every software program under the sun.
