do you think it shows you nothing about a person and is just an unfair shitty thing to ask? or do you think it could push someone into telling you something you wouldn't otherwise find out until it's too late?
We had someone tell us they were a massive procrastinator this morning. my colleague asked the question and i just felt bad for the poor soul as i noted FAIL on my note book in large red marker pen. and then held it up to their face.
