Think of those questions as to where your challenges lie. Someone who is honest in an interview and understands where their development areas are, is much more attractive than someone who says, "I've never done a bad piece of work" or "I can't think of any bad points"
But Zarkonite is right - lame questions. Better to ask, "what do you consider your development areas to be" or "What do you find challenging at work"
