  talk about things you'd like to improve and how you are being proactive to address those areas. like "i'm not the best coder so i'm constantly reading css tutorials and doing small side projects to get more proficient."

  as for the worst piece of work i would talk about things in context. like "a client needed a quick promo piece for a rush job, so i did my best to give him the work he needed on time. i was not 100% happy with the result, but i was able to help the client with their needs."
