    I think what the kids have said above is the best advice. If you don't have a lot of cash to work with and if you're using in-house resources, definitely keep it simple... I interview a lot of people and the biggest problem isn't what the work is housed in, it's how they've laid out the work and presented things on a page... If you're going to spend the time, spend it wisely and make sure you try to tell a complete story of each project.. Think of the order in which the work is presented and how you build up each project..
