I saw another folio which was plain brown card for the cover, with a3 sheets folded for the work. The whole thing was folded to just bigger than A4 and hand-sewn on the left side for binding. The internal sheets had an identity in black on one side which folded out to reveal the rest of the project. It was simple, the work was neat, well executed and got the person two jobs I know of. And, it was light, and if they wanted a leave-behind they could just use that an make a new one.
