you guys know that depending your age, if you want to improve your fitness/cardio, your heart must beat, at least at 150bpm for a minimum of 15 minutes ?
when I do my cardio I get up to 180-185 bpm
but it really depend on how old you are, the younger you are, the faster your heart needs to beat.
- if the game is not able to get you there, it will be way more difficult to lose weight/gain fitness & cardioelektro
