Agree with SteveJobs. Tell your friend. He'll respect you for life. It's wildly inappropriate for a married woman to invite a male friend over to hang out one on one, especially the way she put the email... dinner, drinks, and then the capstone—she offered to let you "crash" there. That means she wants to sleep with you dude, no question about it.
If my wife did that, I'd be livid. And if she sent that invitation to a friend of mine, I'd sure as hell want him to tell me.
