    I work out a bit. Been trying to gain mass for awhile but I suspect I'm not eating enough or working out wrong. I'm about 6'4" 190 right now, pretty much no fat.

    I try to work out 6 days a week, resting only 1. Days when I lift I'll warm up by doing about 10 mins on the treadmill (1min warm up, mile in 8 mins, 1min cool down). Days off I either shoot hoop or ride bike / run.

    Have been doing circuit training where I hit every area on my lift days but now I'm trying to go for heavier lifts and isolate muscle groups. Advice?

    • Do more combo excercises, lift heavy with less reps, cut down on the cardio and b ballepikore
    • and eat moreepikore
    • low reps, longer breaks between sets, try doing a push then pull excercise and negatives work great for building strenghtrodzilla
