sounds like you unfortunately have the evil combination; someone who is both arrogant and incompetent. there is no hope for you except leaving...finding a way to not have to work with this person.
my guess is that she tends to say 'I'd like to see....." or "I'd like more of this..." as if it were a personal art project, and you are her hands....is this accurate at all?
whenever that happens...run...its never good and if you go to war you will lose...unless you have pictures.
