  social behaviour, human computer interaction, all that sort of stuff, it depends how deep you want to go and if you want to specialise. don't get me wrong, i was a css nazi for ages and was dead against using javascript( i know, i know )... then i met jQuery. life is good!

  UXD is all about research and testing, comparison, experience and most of all common sense.
