The front-page looks very template. And those button underneath doesn't help to understand what you do while the IA section is very cluttered.
The design and development section doesn't provide any background information for the project, or which was excatly your role in the project.So add some personality to that homepage, use just one typeface for headlines, tidy up and make clearer the IA section and add info on the design/dev section.
