i did 80 for almost a year straight. got it down to a science:
lots of water, 2+ cans of red bull, 1hr workout, 6hrs of sleep. eat healthy..ish, and fair amount of distractions to avoid boredom / monotony.
guess i never crashed cuz i was consistent.
