I wish I had swapped out my 80gb before trying to rent a HD movie the other night.
I was feeling to lazy to go to Blockbuster so I thought I'd give the rental option a try. I tried to download the HD version of RocknRolla, after approving the purchase it told me I didnt have space to download it. So I just went back into the store and rented the regular version. After approving that purchase it took 2 hours to download! After the download I looked into my cart and I had been charged for both downloads even know I can't download the HD file.
I know it's only 5.99 but out for principle I emailed customer service. After 4 emails they finally gave me a phone number, after talking to 2 people their solution is to buy a bigger hard drive so I can watch a movie in HD that I've already seen.
This whole transaction with Sony has already cost me and them way over the 5.99 but I'm still pissed. I will never rent another movie for the PS3 Network ever again. I can't imagine how long a HD movie would take on their slow as network.
