    i'm just kidding, don't get all crazy now ;)

    i think that your webdeisgn stuff is geared towards a clientele completely different than the rest of your portfolio. The people that would hire you for that sort of work probably don't care very much about your print and logo design. Just as the people who will consider you for your design skills (that you show very well through your print, logo design and the design of your portfolio) probably wouldnt understand the marketing stuff at all, and having it there would hurt you in the end.
    My advice would be to have a separate porftolio that's geared for those sort of people and have one that shows off your true design skills, and isnt hindered by the immature (although i'm sure effective) design of marketing sites.
