Hello Kelpie, I would suggest talking to a paper supplier. Cut sheet newsprint is hard to come by, particularly at that size, and also its not great for sheet fed litho because its quite thin and also has no torsional strength so it just pulls apart at the grip and wraps round the rollers.
But there is a cut sheet stock that is a bit thicker than newsprint and it looks like newsprint... only I have completely forgotten its name. Its called Poplux, or Popsomething... a good paper merch would know. Sorry I can't tell you, I kick myself for not writing it down.
