It was 'invested' by Inflexion so I would guess that the original owner retains royalties and brand ownership rights but is no longer active in the business at all. Inflexion would have sold the license to a suitable licensee who will now be responsible for the entire operation. The people I think are behind it now are called PurplePin Designs Ltd. Appalling website, but that's generally the way it is behind the scenes with brand licensees.

They did Alpha Numeric and Mecca which were both huge urban sport brands in the US, and they then tried and failed to establish EO and BlueGuru in the European denim market.
