Some thoughts:
Your resume design is better than your site design.Don't dig the blue. and don't like the gray background occupying too much space. However, I like yellow, white, and gray together. The gray being so dominant feels like dull silverware.
There's a bit too much white space going on, maybe because of the separator lines you have going on.
Things are kinda scrunched up in lil corners and spaced out oddly.
Why not make resume and contact part of the main nav area?
Don't dig how ur doing the "//" in front of titles, that's too advanced.
