I too am a fan of the flash book. It keeps the whole traditional portfolio feel. However, if you want to go that direction, I would suggest hiring a flash developer to put something a bit more custom for you. The whole question/answer thing is a little weak since your portfolio is the essence of that anyways. I don't really have any qualms with any of the work displayed, just the way it is displayed. I disagree with the blog format comment, it's overdone already, and kind of boring.
