  You chaps think I should teach myself Flash? The last time I made a website, I hired someone and it was like pulling teeth the entire time. I fired that guy and found someone else who graciously offered their services for free, but it was still a difficult process. I've since gotten better at work with people in tangential disciplines, but still... if you want something done right and have the means, do it yourself right?

  Bottom line, I either need to offer the deadline-sensitive incentive of paying someone, or buy it and teach myself. I'm a bit shy of Flash, since the left side of my brain is fairly empty.
