    Yes.
Time Capsule for our machines' backup and a 2tb RAID for network storage of work files. We've got two of these: http://www.newertech.com/product… for redundant storage. One is hooked up to the TC for everyone to access. The guardian is fast and awesome as well as really quite quiet. There's no fiddly interface because it's literally just a drive. All the network connections are through the time capsule. You can get them pre-loaded w/ drives or put in your own.
We had a Western Digital mybook world (or whatever their nas is called) but it was complete garbage. SLOOOOOOOW and loud — maybe okay for consumers but not with four of us trying to spin the thing all at the same time. Seriously too slow to work with. This may have been because it was an actual NAS so we were jumping through the TC and then over to the nas via cat-5 rather than just jumping to the tc and then to the guardian via usb2. I dunno.

We're going to build a fake server using the old G5 tower when we get another macpro after the holidays but given how speedy (and easy to administer) our current arrangement is we'll probably just stick with it until we really outgrow it either because of storage space or the need for a fully-featured server.
