you have to pay for whats called 'Extended Validation' to whoever you get your SSL through. it turns IE's address bar or part of firefox's, green. it's basically them pinky swearing that you are in fact who you say you are.
i did it with my company, and it was expensive and a HUGE pain in the ass. you usually have to get an opinion letter from an attorney stating that all your business info is accurate.
unless you absolutely need it, i'd say save yourself the hassle.
