    my reply:
    Brad,
this is what an uneducated man might call 'bollocks'.
either you, or someone within you're organisation has passed work of others as your own.
this is not an easy thing to happen. not easy at all. an effort has to be made to appropriate others work and then upload it to your website. so far today alone we have found a folio piece and a font. both are grave examples of copyright and intellectual property infringement. the font alone could very well lead to legal action as the user agreement included with it mentions the exact act your studio has taken.
it may seem correct to term these actions taken against you as infantile but they are both merited and as far as i am concerned required. unless direct legal action is taken these small steps are the only way we have to protect our livelihood. grassroots may be small but has shown to at least yield results.
you have taken down these works sure, but only because you were caught. what about the rest of your folio. is any of it actually work done by or for your company? any of it?
you call yourself an entrepreneur yet how is this evidenced short of a con-operation? it would seem that you are a religious man, well WWJD?
thank-you for you reply and thank-you for taking immediate action. it's appreciated. it should never have happened though should it?
