    sounds like you are really really low risk for any kind of serious heart problem..so unless you have a heretofor undetected murmur or something, you're fine. But definitely go back to the doctor and start an exercise program man...find something you like to do - run, bike, sports, lifting weights, swimming, whatever...and if it happens again (and you have health coverage) go to the ER and say your having heart problems..they'll definitely do an EKG...or if you're really worried about it have your doc send you to a cardiologist and get a stress test...but seriously, 23, non smoker..not much there...

    Unless you do cocaine. In which case stop. Or you have a family history of early death due to heart problems...
