    Just make sure one of you is willing to change jobs if it gets serious. I speak from experience, I met my wife at work, and after a while you can't keep it up (the secrecy that is). But to not risk a relationship over a job is madness. Jobs are easier to find that good relationships. If you think she's special, go for it!
