    You should call and argue until they give you something. All you will get with complaint letter is a letter they are saying sorry but its not their fault etc after about 2-6 months.

    Or you wont hear from them at all.

    • but they do. I have and i got a $500 voucher. BUT try to do it at the ticketing desk. I got a free flight to anywhere except to Hawaii and AlaskaJSK
