    actually you can but it looks shite, you need an audio file that is 45 seconds long.

    open that in Quicktime then open your film footage
    mark the in and out you want in the film footage all 7 minutes then apple c then go to the music track in Quicktime that is 45 seconds long then choose add and scale, it looks shite but your footage has been sped up hope this helps in some way.
