    5 Steps:

    Step 1: Let them know you're horny, it might work, jokes help.

    Step 2: Same as above but bit of kissing for persuasion.

    Step 3: Persuasion with touching, you know, bit of gentle rubbing.

    Step 4: Point out incidental things, and compliments like "it's so quiet", "I'd love to make love under that full moon", " your bum feels great", "you look great in the dark" that kind of stuff

    Step 5: Pull out all the stops, guilt works "it's been ages", "I've been thinking about you all day" and the best line ever " the women at work have nothing on you...."
