I'd risk the chance at the big opportunity for two reasons, one you don't seem too enamoured with the other place and two, as you said it's a great agency. However I would contact el and say that you're excited by the prospect but you've been offered another job at a higher rate,try to negotiate your rate with el, don't just take the first offer. Best of luck whatever you decide.
