Most interactive work is in Toronto. Outside of that try Montreal, or Van. Possibly Calgary.
A lot of major agencies you probably know of have offices in Toronto, so this would be the first place to look.
Salary varies depending on your skill set, if you're good technically (coding) there is a lot of work.
Lifestyle depends greatly on what part of the country you live in, but if you're an outdoorsy person it's great.
Beer and hockey would be the main reason for moving to Canada.
