    no offense, but this project seems like it will never get finished successfully. Too many excuses, too many travel points, and too many lazy fuckers (the real reason for most of the failures to this project).
    Good luck sending out a new one though:)

    Maybe you should set the trade limit to 4(region Specific trade would even be a better way). Once the 4 submit and send on back to project manager, for lack of a better term, pick another 4 etc. Until the book is full. The auction off with proceeds going to charity.
