I am brainstorming right now, but I would eventually get around to the safety aspect.
$700 a month seems expensive to me. I am looking to leave NYC at some point in the next 5 years and move to a smaller market. SanDiego, Miami, somewhere with a more temperate climate...work for another five years while I hone my sailing skills and then quit life and become a sailor.
