Yea I worked at a big agency too. and its up to the designers to stop that shit. Because honestly It's not right to the photographers. That being said you should go out of your way to flickr and find those photographers and negotiate rates for specific images. That's much better than using getty and you can generally get them for a more affordable price then getty. and better terms.
