    I just made that move, Janne. I'm still working my ass off, but it's really nice having someone on board to help.

    Of course, now I HAVE to make payroll and that's a (big!) stress added to the mix. I say, it's now or never and now seems cool enough. Good luck.

    On a practical standpoint, you're already keeping the books, etc., but an employee adds payroll taxes, benefits, HR, etc. I actually hired on someone part-time just to handle that.
