I mean why do you care if they catch you watching some nasty porn or stuff. It's your life and you shouldn't care what people think about you. Unless, of course you're looking at some sick sadistic sites and animal porn in which case you should seek professional help :)
But as I said, you shouldn't care man. And some people said here, yes it's very much possible to intercept packets of data and extract info from them. Nothing is fully secured.
