a) more margin on left side. Site is right-side heavy for no good purpose
b) Unless a good reason for the red stripe on the right, I'd get rid of it. I get the black "brush stroke" line on the left. Very "asian" looking. Maybe find a way to make it less "heavy".
c) Don't like the gray splotchy background in header. Site would look nicer without it.
d) Like the clean look of it otherwise. Any more stock pics? You should use them.
