I am a big fan of basecamp. I got our small company of 6 using it, and about half of them bitch and moan about it, yet can't provide a better solution. I love Billings (market circle) for time tracking and invoicing. I just recently tried Harvest as a trial and I really liked it, and even though it's nice to always have access to your billable hours and timetracking I'd rather not pay a monthly fee for software that really only does one or two things that can be tracked locally on my hard drive.
