I can think of plenty of other ways to package them, but I was thinking Digipacks for the label execs and then the handmade stuff for limited giveaways & auctions and such.
It would be nice to know the price of Digipak, even for a 1000 if you can. It's not the most practical, but I'm just thinking ahead a little bit to get a feel for all my options.
