  i always stay at the Mets Shibuya.
  right on top of Shibuya Station (the Narita Express will get you directly there), pretty cheap for the area, lots of convenient stuff right across the street (7-Eleven / McDonalds / coffee shops), tons of restaurants and a 5 minutes walk to the Q-Front.

  if you decide to stay there it's better to call (speak slowly) to make your reservation. it's often full but calling a couple times or asking to call you if there's vacancy will guarantee you a room (happened to me, people do cancel).
  breakfast is included if it makes any difference and the hotel is super neat.
