I'm not sure about any of these. Despite the glow (which you should lose period), I won't really show any of these to a client. They are good starts, but I'm not seeing the idea of 'flawless' anywhere here.
None of the logotypes are allowing the words to 'breathe.' Open up your letterspacing and ditch the heavy sans-serif type.
The only logo that is really coming close to anything is the bottom left, but it's boring. Use that as your starting point.
