ABSOLUTELY!
Just because the software is free, the integration (e.g. your time, skill, knowledge and maintenance) is NOT. I assume you're a consultant and you're providing a valuable service to clients who has neither the skillset, time or inclination to do this for themselves.
Open source may be "free", but your ability to provide a solution is extremely valuable. Don't be afraid to demand fair compensation for it.
