Ushiaua fucking RULES. it is honestly one of my 1, 2 favorite places on this planet, no question. i was there is time of year, 2 ago and it was wonderful.

It is a real toss-up between there and Torres, as they are so striking and so worth it, but so different. The transport to Torres del Paine is pretty nutty though; like a 4-5 hour coach ride from the nearest airport on dirt roads. Worth it for sure, but not easily in/out, if that is what you are looking for. And the only hotel (outside of camping, which i would recommend over all else) is pretty pricey, like $500USD/day:

It will also not be "warm" in the park as you are at a pretty high altitude (~ 800-1200M) so not exactly bikini weather per say.

That said, i would go in a heartbeat if i could. You will be very happy in BA w/ all the amenities, etc., but if you want to see a point on the planet that will take your breathe away the first time you gaze upon it, and each time you sit down and bring the picture to your mind- i would really suggest going to either Ushiaua or Torres del Paine.
