It depends what do you want to do, my friend. If you want to trip and do something like trekking, biking, diving, bird-watching, fly fishing, rafting, and so many other sports while you came I think Patagonia is for you. There is also another things to do. You can watch Whales and Orcas in Peninsula Valdez, Vineyars in Mendoza and Neuquen, you can travel thru Neuquen in a 1800's train, I make that trip and it's so far west...
I pretty much don't know anything about Chile' side of Patagonia, but I went to Torres del Paine and it's amazing.
There is 3 provinces to look for in Patagonia If you want to know anything more about these locations I strongly suggest you to visit interpatagonia.com or welcomeargentina.com.
