Hello. I recommend TYPO3. It's a very powerful and diverse Content Management System which can handle all the things you listed. It has a high learning curve but there are tutorials provided on TYPO3.org. There's an excellent community for this web software and many experienced developers who can help integrate the system. The best part? It's FREE! Knowledgeable TYPO3 experts can make money from integrating the software to save companies big dollars in the long run. Check it out at www.typo3.com. Kasper is the man! You'll understand why I say that if you check out this product. :) Make sure you tell him who sent you. haha
