    Looking at your profile, you are in New York. I think 8 hours per concept (for truly unique concepts) x a daily rate. That could vary between 300/day and 500/day depending on your experience, etc.

    If you're fresh on the scene maybe less...

    I'd say $900 clams plus allow a budget to buy some stock photos. Say $960 for three PSDs delivered.

    Don't undercut yourself. For a decent customer, less than a grand to get phase one out of the way and to start seeing their baby come to life is VERY REASONABLE.
