  that sounds like a pretty good idea slappy. i only set the volume 1 turnover of prints initially to 1 month because the stipulations of the trade were not quite set (ie. theme, size, method etc.) and i just thought carrying it over for round 2 would be the easiest.

  but you are definately right on most participants waiting until the last minute. i like the idea of cutting it to 2 weeks and then having a check-in sort of thing a few days before prints need to go out. anyone that doesn't check in doesn't get a print. simple yet genious. cheers slappy :)

  anyone other trusted got some insight/input on this?
